Projects Administrator
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting project management activities, ensuring seamless coordination, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for contributing to the success of diverse projects.
- Work closely with the project manager.
- Projects Documentation and Reporting.
- Preparing bill of materials (BOM) with coordination with sales/design teams.
- Responsible for ERP (SAP B1) project life cycle data entry starting Sales order, Purchase Request, Item Master data, items reservations…
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
- 1–2-year experience.
- hands-on experience with SAP B1.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Project management tools and software (MS project).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Car License (Manual) is a plus.
